Non defective products: Due to the consumable nature of the batteries, we cannot accept returns beyond 24 hours from the received date. Returns can only be accepted if the product is new condition, unopened and in the same condition that it was received. If you have received the wrong items or if you receive any product that is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment so we can correct your order.
Defective products: Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship 30 days from customer purchase. Warranty does NOT cover collateral damage. Misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product are not covered under warranty.
Lithicore covers postage costs for replacement products which includes return shipping.
